In April, the Commercial Department of Cafetalera Castellón S.A. announced the return of Nicas and Del Cafetal products to Super Las Segovias in Estelí, strengthening our local market presence. In Marketing and Communication, Del Cafetal's video spot "El Secreto de Compartir" surpassed 1 million views on Facebook, and NICAS's digital campaign "El Café que Nos Define" reached over 400,000 views and 1,300 interactions in two weeks. The Quality and Certifications Department successfully renewed the Organic Coffee Certification, and the Warehouse Department implemented a Power BI report to measure delivery compliance, achieving a 98% compliance rate between April and May.
